Canada declares absolute sovereignty over its Arctic territory, on-ground, below-ground or –water and above-ground or –water.
- To enforce this sovereignty, military bases will be built and equipped to provide 24/7 monitoring and patrolling of our Arctic. Anti-aircraft and anti-marine weapons will be placed on our bases.
- All-weather roads will connect these bases to other population hubs.
- Canada will build and maintain all-weather roads to Arctic resource extraction project sites.
